 Hydroxypropyl di-starch phosphate

Starch Ether is a non - ionized starch, also known as starch ether, made from epoxy propaneand starch under alkaline condition through etherification. It can give special work performance to cement based and plaster based products. It has similar structure and functions of HPMC, also good compatibility with other construction additives. Applying with HPMC, a better thickening effect, crack resistance and workability can be achieved. The cost of mortar can be reduced by adding HPS into the formulation.

Hydroxypropyl distarch phosphate is a food additive, white powder, odorless, tasteless, and easily soluble in water. Can be used as thickening agent. FAO/WHO regulations: It can be used alone or in combination with other thickeners. For mayonnaise, 5 g/kg; canned carrots (products containing cream or other fats), fermented and heat-treated flavored yogurt and their products, 10 g/kg; cold drink products, 30 g/kg; canned sardines and sardine products, 20 g/kg; canned mackerel and horse mackerel, 60 g/kg (only for filling); quick-frozen fish sticks and fish fillets (only when wrapped in bread flour and bread crumbs), in accordance with GMP is limited.
