Ammonium bicarbonate is a nitrogen-containing chemical fertilizer, also known as acid ammonium carbonate or ammonium bicarbonate, referred to as ammonium carbonate, the common name of gas fertilizer. White powder or block crystal, slightly  odor, relative density 1.58, melting point 107.5ºC(acute heat). Soluble in water, aqueous solution is alkaline, alkaline is weak, insoluble in ethanol. Easy moisture absorption and clumping. The chemical properties are unstable, slowly decomposed into carbon dioxide and water at room temperature, and the decomposition speed is accelerated with the increase of temperature and humidity.

 

 Used as an advanced food starter. In combination with sodium bicarbonate, it can be used as a raw material for leavening agents such as bread, biscuits and pancakes, and also as a raw material for foamed powder juice. Also used for green vegetables, bamboo shoots and other blanching, as well as medicine and reagents.
