When the temperature is higher than 650 ° C, it can be reduced by H2, and tungsten powder can be reduced by C at 1000 ~ 1100 ° C.

It can be used as raw material for making tungsten metal, manufacturing cemented carbide, cutting tools, molds and tungsten wire, can also be used in powder metallurgy, can also be used for X-ray screens and fireproof fabrics, and used as colorants and analytical reagents for ceramics. Blue tungsten oxide is used for producing tungsten powder, doped tungsten powder, tungsten bar, tungsten rod,.... And cemented carbide and so on.
